    I would suggest not playing with a player called 'PM Fidel Castro' as he is a cheat and you are likely to lose if playing against him. He was sitting inside a wall and killing people, while they could not kill him as he was in the wall.

    The Terms of Use are a warning. They warn you not to cheat or hack. If people choose to willingly ignore those warnings then they deserve what they get.

    Cheats

    For a game like Saints Row The Third, cheats aren't needed imo, as its relatively easy to get the right upgrades. I admit I've been annoyed with a few people I've joined who use cheats... and one of them has denied using cheats, even though I got the warning
    that cheats were in use prior to joining.

    report him on the respawn forums, there is a thread in the general area, specifically for this and he will be put into cheaters lobbies.

    His GT will get cleared from this forum as you cant "name and shame", but as stated, hit up Respawn, he sounds like a glitcher.

    Cheaters should get a perma ban right away, no first warning is needed IMO.

    I wouldn't call it naming and shaming I would call it reporting and also warning other genui e players to avoid a cheating scumbag I shall be setting my xbox to avoid him roll on xbone when hopefully the new reputation system will acually work so cheaters
    will end up only playing with cheaters :)
