WARNING: Bought the Digital Ultimate Ed., but no access to bundled content.

I bought the digital download Ultimate Edition, but the bonus/bundled content isn't appearing in-game. I've been reading other forums where users are reporting the same problem. Please tell me this is a known issue and that Xbox Live is working on a resolution.

Never got my Gears of War codes.

I bought an Xbox One bundled with Gears Ultimate Edition but never got the codes for the old games.

 

Installed game on wrong profile - any way to reassign it?

I bought Forza 6 Ultimate Edition for my son, but installed it under my profile. He can play the game, but doesn't have access to all the things Ultimate Edition gives you beyond the game. I didn't realize that would happen.

Is there a way that the license can be reassigned to him so he gets access to the ultimate edition content?

 

Yes, it's a known issue. The season pass and it's content will not unlock until sometime this month.

 

Crap, unless the dlc weapons do 1500+ damage they will be worthless to me at this point.

 

@Magee911....i hear ya. I'll most likely have beaten the game by then, and i'll have no use for them.

 

I too just found this out, I have had the game for a while now and was browsing the Xbox Store and saw that a few things should have been included with the bundle such as outfits. I see your post saying it’s a known issue, but is this being worked on were
there any updates? That was on the 3rd of Feb. It’s now the 12th and the issue is still going on, I know it’s only items and mainly cosmetic, but I won’t always be playing the game and having the items now would be better sooner than later.

I am only a couple of missions away from beating the game (main story, I decided to stop and go back for side quest.) I also see Legion that you talk about the Season pass content will not unlock until sometime this month is this an indication saying that
our items are not a bundle but more an accessory that is provided with each DLC? For example: “outfit1 is unlocked at release of DLC1.”

I’m new to using the Xbox community forums is there a place to look up information to find out when it’s fixed or do we just have to keep looking and wish for it to work?

 

@ Mr Pyx.....hey, i totally understand the frustration of not really knowing whats going on. I'll try my best to explain. As of a couple days ago, we can now access the Cuisine and Cargo DLC pack. It's the first of 3 DLC packs for the season pass(it won't
install as "season pass"). The next DLC pack(releasing in march) is the reason we haven't gotten the weapons and outfits. They are the 2nd pack, the Ultimate Survivor Bundle(waste of money in my opinion). Finally, the 3rd and final DLC pack, The Bozak Hoard,
will release in May. Also, they just announced a free update coming soon(and further free updates down the line). This update will add a "hard" difficulty setting to the game.

I hope this info helps. Remember though, unlike other games, where you have to install the season pass, THEN install the DLC, Dying Light's season pass will install as Cuisine and Cargo. It helps to know this to advoid thinking you don't have the Season Pass.

Thank you Legionaire for elaborating that did explain a lot, I figured that what was mentioned above I was just not sure and now it makes sense. I had no idea about Cuisine and Cargo DLC, I will be checking this out once I complete the main story. Still
I'm a little disappointed I would have liked something to show off when joining randoms for a quick game.

 

I hear ya man. Unless the weapons are insanely powerful in hard mode, i'll have no use for them. As for the Cuisine and Cargo DLC, it's nothing to get excited about. All it is, is 2 quarantine zones, that anyone with decent weapons could get through in 5
minutes with minimal effort. Hence the $4.99 price tag as a standalone package.
