    BEWARE OF XBOX STEALING YOUR AW SEASON PASS! I PURCHASED A AW SEASON PASS FROM GAME FOR MY SON, WE REDEEMED THE CODE AND STARTED TO DOWNLOAD THE SEASON PASS, BUT THE XBOX ONE FROZE?! WE RESTART THE XBOX ONLY TO FIND NO SEASON PASS IN OUR GAMES,DOWNLOADS
    OR ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE ACCOUNT. RE-TRIED THE REDEEM CODE ONLY TO FIND "THIS CODE HAS BEEN USED PLEASE TRY ANOTHER" REQUESTED CALL BACK FROM SUPPORT FOR THEM TO SAY NOT TO WORRY I CAN SEE YOU'VE REDEEMED YOUR CODE BUT ACTIVISION ARE HAVING PROBLEMS AND THAT
    I SHOULD RECEIVE IT SOON. OK I THOUGHT, LEFT IT FOR FEW DAYS STILL NOTHING..POSTED ON FORUM SUPPORT, WHO WERE GREAT AND TOLD ME TO RING SUPPORT SO I DID. I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED AND THE GUY ON THE PHONE SAID THERE'S NOTHING HE COULD DO BECAUSE HE COULDN'T
    SEE THAT I'D REDEEM A CODE AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN! .....WHAT THE HECK? REQUESTED ANOTHER CALL BACK TO BE TOLD MUST HAVE BEEN A FAULT OR SOMETHING AND TO GO BUY ANOTHER SEASON PASS. WHAT THE HECK, NOW MY SON HAS TO GO WITHOUT OR GO AND SPEND ANOTHER £35 ON
    A SEASON PASS FOR XBOX TO STEAL IT AGAIN

    has nothing to do with Payton Jones's Fallout 3 issue (Fallout 3 doesn't have a Seaosn Pass) and was not something that was brought up, other than you for some reason injecting it into the conversation.



    Re-downloading a Season Pass does not automatically re-download Season Pass

    Hey onewindowlicker, can you please sign in to commerce.microsoft.com with the gamertag you used the code on? The reason I'm asking is because season passes that are purchased on websites or stores are not usually the actual pass but currency so you can
    purchase it on the console.

    Once signed in you can check the lower right corner to see if you have currency listed (it may be a drop down menu). If it is then just head to the store on the console and purchase the pass for your son using the currency available.

  6. hi ngocphi thanks for replying, i have checked my download history, my apps, my games, my downloading/queues and theres nothing? ive looked on the xbox one and my profile on xbox one i still cant find it. when i entered the code the season pass started to
    download but the xbox one froze, i restarted the xbox one but there was no season pass in my downloads/ games updates etc still couldnt find. i went onto my xbox live to see if it was in there but its wasnt there. i contacted support for help who told me
    he could see we used the correct redeem code but activision were having problems im sure it will appear soon.

    i was told by someone in the support forum to open a new topic which i did and was told i needed to speak to phone support for a refund.....which i did, for them to say they couldnt see the redeem code and there was nothing he could do, i asked to speak
    to a supervisor, he said were not going to refund you nor is there anything else we can do and put the phone down!

    thanks for replying , i purchased the season pass from the game store in my town centre. i have signed into commerce and looked everywhere for the download and theres nothing, i searched transactions etc and everywhere for my redeem code but its not on
    there. i have no currency either on the account.

    Be sure to check on every gamertag on your console just in case you accidentally added the item to another one. As much as we'd like to help further though there's not much we can do because this does lie in the area of Billing which only phone support
    can help with.

    i would not have put it on any other account/gamer tag due to that being the only billing one,

    i understand your limited, and thank you for all your help and suggestions, much apprecieated.

    i am loosing hope with this one and disgusted with the support........

    It's always best to double check though. If you bought the pass the account it is applied to doesn't need to be a billing one. Check the accounts to at least say you've ruled that possibility out.
