Warning about banning accounts

Hi, I think it's recurrent in the xbox live community that when you play online games ,like in Call of Duty, or Destiny, some players insult you so that you respond so that they can report you and ban your account. This happened to me two times, I was banned
for responding, since I don't like to snitch when someones insults me I answer back.

If this abuse continues the only thing I can do is sell all games and the console in second hand market and buy a PS4 or move to PC gaming.

Black Ops 2 Probation Warning

It usually varies how long you will be banned. If this is the first it only take less that an hour. If you keep receiving this warning the ban will be longer than the previous one, until they ban your account. I am quite confused because I play Black Ops 2 and I usually don’t receive this warning if it caused by bad connections.

ALSO: the employee told me NOT to do the EOU to bypass the online update. Microsoft is banning and blacklisting some accounts that do. Just a warning but proceed at your own risk.

Best thing to do in those situations is to file a complaint on them and block communications instead of responding.

You don't have to respond

As in life you are responsible for your own actions

And yes the rules are the same on ps4 or pc

He was banned for disregarding the mods warnings about creating multiple post in regards to his storefront ban.

If we do a certain amount of people at a time get the bad ones out hold the good ones in

If the system detects that the bad person said that the message we offensive while 20 others (or more) said that it was not he gets a warning

first warning 7-day ban and retake the test to join my program

second warning 30 days ban and retake the test to join my program

Last warning Permanent ban of program, never getting something free again you know when Xbox sends you a message with a free code whats normally paid, and a 30 day Xbox account suspension, if ambassador also getting kicked and banned out of that forever

yes but they do not take into account peoples isp cutting in and out on your all I did was quit the game as I had to attend a cfa call and yet they banned me there is no circumstances taken into account nor any warnings maybe a warning should be given first
then ban after
