    whenever I launch up the game, I can get through the main menu and click on start, but whenever I do, the video always freezes about a second in, I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it twice, it's happened every time, what do I do?

    I have never followed this franchise...i did not think they were apart of the MS eco system.
