Warhammer Darktide wont install or play even though I have a current xbox gamepass...

I could not really imagine how important it is for you to be able to rectify this issue at the soonest time possible. However, we have realized that this issue of yours would be dealt better by our live support team so that they can properly check what’s going on with your billing concerns. Kindly follow the steps below to contact our live support team:

3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
   
8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

Please try to sign in to your account on account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and Billing > Order History then check if the purchase of the Xbox game pass subscription is successful.

If it's successful or the status is shown as pending and the issue still persists with your Xbox game pass games, your subscription may be suspended due to a past-due balance.

But nothing to worry! It's an easy fix for Microsoft Xbox support as they can simply remove the subscription suspension so your current subscription will work normally.

We do not have the tools here on our end to remove a subscription suspension since we are Independent Advisors.

But no worries, I can directly reroute you to Microsoft Xbox Support so they can remove the suspended subscription immediately and for you to enjoy your Xbox subscription as soon as possible.

So, no change. Warhammer 40K: Darktide needs an update. I'm looking at it and it's saying 0B of 43.7GB | 0B/s,

Looking at my Ethernet throughput in Task Manager I can see that very little is happening over the network connection. It's not even trying.

At the top of the GamePass window it says "Manage Installs Checking for updates..."

Hello SaintNicolas, unfortunately not all games that are launched have cross platform, and the Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is one of them.

"Unfortunately, Warhammer 40K Darktide does not feature any type of cross-play or cross-platform support. The developers have stated that they might add it in the future, but as of right now, you cannot play with other platforms. You can only play with players that are on the same platform as you."
