Really don't care about Destiny.....

Why play a copycat game when i can play the original for free with more contents.

 

Actually I have to agree with you their Tzar, I was playing Warframe last night and all I kept on thinking was "it feels really similiar to Destiny" No doubt Destiny will "sell" more because its got a huge budget and it isnt "free to play" (Free to play
does put some people off)

 

How about Destiny is similar to Warframe seeing Warframe was released in Mar of 2013.

 

By the way,just a couple of questions.....

What is the difference between credits and platinums ? Can i get platinum by doing missions? Can i exchange credits for platinum ?

How do i get a gardian (pet) ? Do i get one during story missions or is it my choice to get one ?Is it really useful ? Can it die ?

Digital Extremes is the same developer that did Dark Sector which I loved. I'll have to check out Warframe. It looks good!

 

Psycho, it's already been proven in various videos on YouTube that you can actually go higher than lvl. 20 on Destiny. Many of these videos have been posted in the Destiny 2.0 thread in this very forum.

 

Tzar, I somehow got an extra 25 platinum playing, no idea how. Platinum is the ingame currency you can but with real money and spend on stuff like warframes, weapons, etc. if you don't want to farm for items.

I got a quest for the Kubrow and just finished it up. It's a good pet so far. It levels up just like everything else. It can die and that affects its happiness. You have to give it a DNA stabilizer shout about every two days. A pack of six costs 100K credits.
It is a time intensive deal to keep it healthy. You can always put the pet in stasis while farming for the credits. It's stats won't diminish while it's there.

 

I think you get some platinum when you go up a mastery level, though I cannot remember if that is the case or not.

 

You don't have to use real money to get platinum, once one reaches mastery 2 they can trade items for platinum.

This game is all about mastery ranks and trading.

I do really like this game so far. All except for the hacking... it's literally the most annoying thing ever, the way the controls are set up and everything.

Great game other than that.

 

^ The hacking took me a while to get use to at first, in fact it was a royal pain in the backside at the start lol.

Surprised me though that after a short time it became a lot easier and it's not such a pain no-more.

It seems though quite a few achievements are slightly messed up on this, looking on achievement.com it seems a lot of the Level 30 Weapon achievements unlock for weapons that your not actually using lol, could save some grinding for the cheevo hunters out
there though.

Absolutely loving the game though, it really is amazing that for a F2P game that it put most full price retail games to shame for the amount of content it has.

 

The hacking is much easier with a mouse than the control pad. At least it's not bugged anymore. On the PC you would actually go off the hacking screen if you pushed the analog stick too far in a direction.

 

I just realize that each time i play a mission that i already played, map configuration change.It just keep the same theme (spaceship,factory,jungle,ect....) but the rest is different...Incredible and great feature....At least,playing the same missions gives
a fresh feeling.
