Warframe xbox bundle not working

Discus and support Warframe xbox bundle not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I Claimed the bundle from the perk section but when I opened warframe I don't have any of the bundle contents I don't know what to do....     So I Claimed the bundle from the perk section but when I opened warframe I don't have any of the bundle contents I don't know what to do.

    Hi!

    Check your orders page on the Microsoft account concerned and see your transaction history, if the purchase in question does not appear, it may not have gone through, if you believe it did, it would be advised to contact xbox support, support.xbox.com

    You could also press start on Warframe, click 'manage game & add ons' and check the ready to install tab, it may appear there.

    Yes it does show on the order history and I did check on the ready to install in manage game but thanks for replying I will try to contact xbox support.

    Hi there if you redeemed that code on the other account then that account will have it. In other words the code is used and will not be useable on the one you want it to. I believe also that now its used you wont be able to do anything about it sadly.
