Warframe tenno and hooch achievement

Last night when stopped playing warframe and signed out for the night i had completed 2 missions with my kubrow i only needed o complete 8 more to unlock the tenno and hooch achievement. But when i got up this morning and started playing warframe i noticed
the achievement was unlocked and it should not have been now its unlocked i can see it in the warrame achievements but dont have the gold for it and when i look at my warframe achievements it reads its not unlocked but is.I have 23 unlocked but it reads 22
also the stats show i do not own any warframes,sentinel's and that i have a 0 mastery rank im mastery rank 3and i own 2 sentinels,1kubrowand 1warframe. How i fix this?

Sometimes achievements will unlock before the requirements have been done, so to get the rewards, e.g. gold etc, etc. Continue playing the game as you would. The rewards should unlock as you go through it.

Thanks for updating us with your replies. Seems like you've tried a whole load of troubleshooting so far. Does this happen with your profile if you try to play Warframe from a different console or on a different connection, or only your console on your current
connection? If you're able to access Warframe on a different connection (different IP) then this may mean that the DE may have IP banned you, which usually lasts about a week.

You may want to look a bit further into this over at the Warframe Forums or the Warframe threads over on reddit. Seems like other Tenno have had the same or similar experiences and may be able to offer you further assistance or fixes in relation to this.

Thanks for reaching out to us for this issue. I apologize for the frustration that you're feeling concerning this Avatar outfit. When

searched via the Microsoft store under the Avatar items department for Warframe, the two results that appeared were the

Warframe Excalibur Helmet and the
Warframe Excalibur Outfit; however, when the Outfit item is selected, it does show that that item is no longer available in the Avatar store. We are unsure when it was no longer available in the Avatar store (for purchase or otherwise), but this may explain
why you didn't receive the item upon completion of the requirements to receive it at no cost.

Again, our apologies for any frustration concerning this situation, Tenno.

Warframe has a lot of easy to get and high scoring achievements.

I didn't see anything on True achievements about the achievement having issues.

I haven't played Warframe myself, but it's an MMO type game where you can't just delete or create a new save file?

Have you looked on the Warframe forums at all?
