Warframe Starter Bundle

So, I need help and I'm really worried. So, where to start. I have two accounts, one my brother created for me to share (Royal X Lynx29) and one I created (Royal X Onyx) on Lynx, I have Game Pass Ultimate, meaning I get perks, one perk is the Warframe Starter
Bundle, giving me a code or QR code to redeem it. I can't access the Lynx email since it's my brother's, so I just wanted to see if it would work if I redeemed it on my other account, which doesn't have Ultimate, which it did. I'm literally shaking as I believe
I've done something really wrong and I didn't intend on it working. So here's the question, did I do something illegal?

Hi there if you redeemed that code on the other account then that account will have it. In other words the code is used and will not be useable on the one you want it to. I believe also that now its used you wont be able to do anything about it sadly.

Warframe is a good starter that's very forgiving.

I tried to redeem my perk for the starter bundle in warframe and it says that the code has been redeemed but i still havent recieved anything in-game. Ive tried to redeem the code again but it says that its already been redeemed. Any help?

Not helpful, I need my 3 months code it is missing from my Xbox series s starter bundle's box I have checked it 5 times over not to be found. Starter bundle ordered 26th December.
