Warframe Rewards

So i signed up for rewards because 2 of my warframe buddys found out about 75 plat if we get 5 achievements. I signed up and I thought i correctly did everything for my profile but it seems that I haven't been given credit for anything i've done in warframe
for achievements. Since signing up I've gotten over 5 achievements and within the given time frame.

Can my profile be looked at and possibly be given the reward for the warframe hype? I am running out of achievements that are easily attained, and I would rather not re-grind. And also if possible fix my account so i can continue reaping the rewards!

The 75 plat is awarded via a code token. You can find this token on the FREEdom Rewards mission page (Xbox Live Rewards), where you can find a button to the redemption site in
the Warframe section of that page.
