Warframe reward not given

I have completed 6 achievements since signing up to the reward system on the 17th August and still haven't received my reward despite completing the 5th required achievement on the 24th August. I click on the freedom rewards link for warframe and it tells
me to download it. It is already downloaded on the console I use and I own the game. Is there a reason that I haven't been given the reward?

Warframe Rewards

So i signed up for rewards because 2 of my warframe buddys found out about 75 plat if we get 5 achievements. I signed up and I thought i correctly did everything for my profile but it seems that I haven't been given credit for anything i've done in warframe
for achievements. Since signing up I've gotten over 5 achievements and within the given time frame.

Can my profile be looked at and possibly be given the reward for the warframe hype? I am running out of achievements that are easily attained, and I would rather not re-grind. And also if possible fix my account so i can continue reaping the rewards!

We see that you did not earn your fifth achievement until August 27th. From the FAQ for that offer:

When and how will I receive my Reward?

Once you’ve completed the offer by completing 5 new achievements in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed offer that will prompt you to redeem
your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

For future reference, it can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new data. Since your fifth achievement was only made a few days ago, please allow for more processing time before being Rewarded.
