Warframe Platinum (Xbox One)

I purchased the 75 platinum (in-game currency) pack for Warframe on Xbox One through the Xbox store (it wouldn't let me access it in game for some reason). I have confirmation of the purchase and the money was taken from my account, but I've not received
the platinum.

Warframe: missing platinum after purchase

On April 24 2016 I purchased one 75 platinum and one 170 platinum on the marketplace but when I got back on warframe I was missing my platinum so I went back to the marketplace and tried to buy them again but I was still missing my platinum. When I checked
my email I had the receipts for them but no platinum on warframe.

I Purrchased about 3 or 4x75Platinum been a few days purhase never received any Platinum on my charactor from my account. -B

 

I'm having this problem too. Its been two days and nothing. I even submitted a ticket with thier support site and still nothing.

 

I am currently having the same issue but with the 370 platinum. I made 2 purchases on Monday and have yet to receive anything. Any ideas and what to do?

guys, check the other 1000x threads about warframe platinum, if you can see purchase was processed by MS but you didnt recieve it use warframe Forums, they ask for a few things and check the issue

 

Just pop a ticket on
www.warframe.com/zendesk and they will get it firgured out.

You need to do the below and post it in the ticket for them to verify the purchase and put the transaction through normally.

1. Log into Sign in to your Microsoft account
   
2. Click on your name in the top right corner
3. Click on MY ACCOUNT
4. Take a screenshot

Also they wanted to know this detail.

How did you make the purchase?

- XB1 Store on PC

- via XB1 within Warframe

- via XB1 through Xbox One Store with Warframe closed

So if you provide all that surely they can do it faster.

 

I recently purchased $9.99+tax of platinum and the warframe support cannot resolve the issue. Please either get the content into my game or refund the money to my account.

 

your request can not be solved within this board. ms can not monitor if you recieve ingame funds or spend them, yo you have to stick to warframe support.

 

I purchased a 10$ pack on warframe it took my money and never gave me my platinum what the hell iv waited 4days and still nothing what do I do
