Warframe Platinum points error

when you buy the 70 or 175 Platinum's they dont get added to your game!

Warframe: missing platinum after purchase

On April 24 2016 I purchased one 75 platinum and one 170 platinum on the marketplace but when I got back on warframe I was missing my platinum so I went back to the marketplace and tried to buy them again but I was still missing my platinum. When I checked
my email I had the receipts for them but no platinum on warframe.

I bought the 170 Platinum for 9.99 on Tuesday the 2nd and it wasn't added to my game. I tweeted with Xbox Support a few times back and forth and they eventually redirected me to the Warframe support page. After submitting a support ticket under my PC credentials
they immediately responded with an email saying that in order to solve an Xbox One issue they needed me to re-sign in with my Xbox credentials. So I did that and issued an identical support ticket but with a reference number they gave me and I haven't heard
back from them yet :/

 

I just bought some and they weren't added to my account either. Straight rip, contacting for a refund.

 

Same thing just happened to me too when I got 170.

 

Wtf..I had the same exact thing happen as well. I bought two170 pack last night and I still haven't had them added to my account.Any advice on who I should contact

 

I have the same problem I bought 370 last night and didn't get any platinum.

Yep 170 platinum still due to me after 72 hours now. Someone please own up to this and get this working.
