Warframe lost connection to xbox live

Hello, so if youre a warframe fan on xbox then you have probably come across this issue or will in the future. Its followed me through states, IPs and time. Coming and going as it pleases.

Randomly getting disconnected from xbox live during a game without actually getting disconnected. What? You may ask. Well when you actually get disconnected you get sent back the main menu (press A to start game) as it is an online game. this is not the
case. Whatever game mode you are in, usually upon EXTRACTING you recieve the message "lost connection to xbox live" and prompted to press A. Pushing A will send you back to whatever menu or area you were previously in. You could be in the simulation and sent
back to the relay (the multiplayer hub) in the relay sent back to your private orbiter ect. If you dont press a, however, the game literally keeps working fine in the background with a stable connection. But A is the only option. You internet gurus probably
have some guesses by now but you may find yourself wrong. As a PvE game, yes it is peer to peer connection but not exactly. Idk how to explai, im not very well versed in the technical world. Theres another article from a guy that has gotten the furthest on
the situation. Its warframe losing connection not your xbox. He managed to talk to xbox support (back when it wasnt a sin) and found out its because information coming in from warframe is being marked as spam.

This issue plagues the xbox warframe fanbase and if you try to contact DEs support about it you will be ignored and then threatened. YES, THREATENED BY SUPPORT. But this guy got the furthest and xbox said they will contact DE. That post was from 2 years

DE continues to dodge the issue and i continue to not be able to play their game. MY game. I need help and theres nothing i can personally do besides complain and try to inform the right people of the growing issue. Its out of my hands and not an issue on
the players side. We cant ask for help because in doing so theres a 98% chance your account will be banned rather than the issue being acknowledged. I braved it and pushed "professionally" to get DE nate's emotional self to admit the issue is "known" but demanded
i stop contacting them. I was actual being being pretty casual about it..

Im not here for the bad support. Im here because i just want to play the game. My game. Please respond xbox and help us out! Force (or ask) them to fix the issue. Theres hundreds of players being added to this issue every day and pretty soon it may as well
not be on your marketplace

Dont waste your time with your connection. They know what the issue is but stay in the dark about it. I've been fighting on and off with it for years. A player on the forums recently said if you disable IPv6 It'll work but they haven't responded back to
say if its just coincidence or a real fix as the "disconnections" seem to be completely random. Won't be long before xbox takes it off the market place and i have to find a new love in my life

Players i. The forums are talking about spamming the dev streams with "warframe lost connection to xbox live" probably our best hope..

I'm also experiencing the same trouble. I've tried turning my WiFi off and plugging in a ether net cable but it still has the same problem.

What i need help with is talking to xbox about talking to them, getting xbox to look at the situation. Its more like a virus. As i said, xbox discovered it was information being read as spam. My personal guess would be like a corrupted save file some how
but that would be a seemingly simple fix. The plains of eidolon issue is a different error message. A real disconnect. Players with this issue dont get disconnected thus not being the players fault. Its more of a kick to the previous screen. Its not on a schedule
like the 30 minute eidolon glitch its completely random with no pattern. How do i go about fixing this, man? This game is like my beer, i need it to relax haha. How do i talk to xbox support?

Well this is for player support not company connection support, As I said it is very odd for DE to ignore things like this am currently on warframe right now and there is no disconnection issue that I can see from here, That is what suggests there is a issue
connecting to the game servers from players side of thing.

There was a update that had a issue with this prior depending on the players connection (That was during the first Plains of eidolon update literally players disconnecting soon as trying to load in to the plains while using a Wireless net connection)

That is why I suggest the following reinstall the game and power cycle the console and net connection, If this continues after doing this, try going on invite only or solo and try playing if that work it suggests there is a problem connection to other players
that is hammering your net as the forum post from the game dev suggests.

Thank you, i understand why theyre trying to limit the need for talking to support but sometimes you get too frustrated to dig for the contact info haha. Last time, spectrum connected me (trying to solve the same issue) I have not tried removing the profile,
actually. havent heard that one but makes sense. Its hard to believe, but if it is corruption.. I'll try it out. This is my.. 4th? Xbox since it appeared. I can go a go 3-7 months before finds me. But it always sneaks up on me like a broke cousin.
