Warframe Freedom Rewards

Warframe free 75 plat question, so as i've read on all the forums so far saying it and the rewards people replying, says mymissions page, and the code or whatever should be there, i've been waiting about 5 days and ongoing for it to appear. Has not appeared
and not only that but this is not the first time i've experienced issues with the rewards program and the last one was never fixed and that utterly pissed me off, so in full detail can you explain why i do not have the reward showing and why i can not redeem
it? Thanks in advance.

I've completed a freedom mission but not able to collect the reward

completed the warframe freedom reward but I'm unable to collect the reward

 

never got my reward for warfame

i got 5 new achievement on warfram and completed the freedom. reward on January 28 and and never receive my reward

All actions take up to 96 hours to be processed. Since your fifth achievement since the offer started on the 15th was on the 22nd, we did not process that information and publish it to the website until now. The redemption link can be found on your FREEdom
