Warframe account has already been linked to a Sony account

Now I don't know how this is even possible I was logged into the account an hour ago on my Xbox one playing just fine. But now when it prompts me to accept the terms and policies of digital extremes it displays and I quote, "The Warframe Account has already
been linked to a Sony entertainment network account, please check your information or create a new account."

Xbox account already linked to an epic account

So I’ve been trying to link my epic Games account to my Xbox account but it shows that My Xbox account has already been linked to another epic games account. Is there anyway to see which epic account my xbox account is linked to?

When I try to connect my epic games account to Xbox live it says your Xbox live account is already linked to an epic games account, Im very confused because it won't show me what account this is, also when I press 'back' it returns me to the page where I
can click to connect to a psn, xbl or twitch account and Im back to where i started,

 

So in order to fix this I logged out loaded up the game while being logged out when I came to the screen where it prompted me to sign I signed in and it worked.

 

I too had this problem. After attempting a hard restart, which didn't work, this finally did the trick. Thanks.

 

The fact that this is even an issue on such a large operated game is ridiculous. SIGNING OUT via XB1 Menu and SIGNING BACK IN worked for me.
