    Hi Den,

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear that the in game credits haven't showed up on your account. I would suggest to try a bit of troubleshooting to see if we can get that to load up on your account.

    I would recommend trying toremove and re-add your account.

    Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. The option to remove your account and download it back to the console does not affect your achievements. The
    troubleshooting step that XBF Leslie D suggested     allows your account to gather all the profile information from the Xbox cloud. This will help ensure that there is not an issue with your account syncing to Xbox Live. Also, you can try

    power cycling     the console by holding down the power button for ten seconds. Be sure to let us know the results!

    It is not deleting the account it is simply removing it from the console then adding it back to make sure it is all up to date and synced. deleteing
