Warface is not giving me my warface credits

I'm sorry to inform you that Xbox cannot help you with microtransaction compensation for games, but I can help guide you to get the credits that you paid for! When you have a problem like this, it's best to go to the games Support
Page. If you wish to get a refund, Crytek (Company that owns Warface) cannot return your money due to the transaction going through the Xbox Store. Please contact the Xbox
Customer Support Team to get a refund if this is the path you wish to choose.

In order to get compensation for the credits that you did not earn, go to https://support.my.games/wf_xbox/.

1. Log into your Xbox account (if you cannot, you can log into any other account. the process is the same no matter what)

2. Click Payment Issues

3. There is only 1 option for Payment Issues, so click that

4. This will bring you to a small list of things to do. Scroll down to the bottom of the list below Was This Article Useful? and you will see

5. Here will bring you to the ticket creation menu. Add your Xbox Gamertag and Describe your issue, if you want you can add a screenshot of the purchase made (either go to your Microsoft account online, go to
My Profile->Payment and Billing->Order History)

6. Send ticket and wait for the response!

Thanks for the reply. You would need to reach out to the developer Crytek. As all in game currency is handled by the game itself. They should be able to help you get the currency you purchased.

Burchased through the Microsoft store?

Warface - 500 Kredits Warface
- 1000 Kredits it shows up in a e@m i payed . but in game it shows 0

I'm downloading warface now with the beta key I got via email and it reads 'Warface Closed Beta', it's 4.48Gb in size.
