Thanks for quick reply. Thanks for the link to request for refund. Unfortunately it's a dead end. I can't send a request for refund. It guides me through 5 steps but at the end I can't place/select the order number of the purchase I would like to cancel.
Is there another one way or link for European customers?

I thought it would be possible to make the purchase available from the family administrator account just as it is when a game is puchased.

Can you recommand best practice for buying items/additional content to childrens' accounts?

you have to purchase it on your profile as its per account (profile)

You have to buy it with your profile.

Because the contents cannot be shared between different accounts
