Warface beta code

Ok so i received my warface beta code 3 days ago, i tried to use the code when it told me that it has already been entered before. problably meaning someone else got the same code as i did. I don't know where to go from this do i sign up for a new one on
the same account. Or is there a way to get in contact with the people responsible for sending out the codes that i haven't found.

I'm downloading warface now with the beta key I got via email and it reads 'Warface Closed Beta', it's 4.48Gb in size.

Hi was this a promo from Microsoft or a game developer?

 

hmm..the game was developed by crytek so i'm guessing it was from them
https://www.warface.com/xbox/ that's where you sign up. But the site doesn't provide you with any way of contacting them.

 

Crytek has announced over Twitter that the best way to handle this would be to
contact Xbox Support
via their online chat or phone number.

 

Received an email from them today, "You signed up to participate in the Warface beta on Xbox 360* and we think we haven't seen you on the battlefield yet. If you're having issues with your beta access code, here's a NEW one". So problem solved
