WarFace Arcade Game

I am just wondering since it was recently announced that the game developers of Warface will be shutting down the game and servers in Feb 2015 will Microsoft be also removing that game from xbox live? I see no reason why it should still be listed even if
a player has played the game and gotten a few of the achievements but has not completed the game.

When are we getting Warface?

I have to say that I wouldn't buy a game that was called 'Warface' unless it was obscenely good.

You can't even announce or introduce that name in any tasteful way.

"What are you playing?"

"Oh, it's just some game called Warface".

.

It doesn't exactly bring the hype.

I'm downloading warface now with the beta key I got via email and it reads 'Warface Closed Beta', it's 4.48Gb in size.

 

It has already been delisted man. =]

You can still find it on the website marketplace but there are no download options. If you have it installed you can keep playing 'til February 1st. If you have Warface Kredits you can still spend them - but you can't purchase more Kredits. No new players
will be joining the game.

Crytek thanked 360 players for spending time on Warface and recommended they start migrating over to the PC version if they want to continue playing.

Delisted means -- to remove from a list. Warface has joined the likes of Speedball 2: Double Deluxe, Days of Thunder Arcade, and the estimated 70+ other Xbox Live Arcade games that have been removed since the beginning of time.

It is no longer available to new players until Feb 1st, at which point it will not be available to play by any players new or old, ever again ever. {=D
