warranty comes with a device, if you want some more information about warranty etc then see the ' Warranty and service' option on this link:

You could but if it breaks or somthing happens and your Xbox gets fried then (Assuming your still under warenty) your warenty gets voided.

I recromend buying a power supply cord for the area your are in for the corect voltage.

Also if i do reformate will a lose my warenty

Once a warranty request has been submitted, you should receive an email confirmation for your service order request that will also include packing and shipping instructions.
