War zone pacific unable to connect

Let's try to fix your issue with CoD: Warzone. Given that you can't connect just on this game, it could be a problem with it's installation. But before reinstalling the game, which would take a lot of time, let's try other procedures in the attempt of getting your game to work. First, follow these steps:

1. With the console on, press and hold the Xbox button on the console itself until it shuts off.

2. Unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds.

3. Connect it to wall again.

4. Turn it on.

5. Try to run the game and see if the issue has been resolved.

If this didn't fix your game, let's try to perform a factory reset while keeping games & apps installed. Make sure that you know the login credentials to all Xbox Live profiles currently signed in on your console, because they will be removed (including any games/subscription sharing with Home Xbox switches). Follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep my games & apps.

5. After you select one of the options, your Xbox console will begin the process of erasing the selected content and resetting itself to the default settings.

6. Set up your console with your credentials.

7. Try to run the game and check if the issue has been solved.

If this also didn't work, then I'd suggest that you reinstall the game.

Warzone is listed as one of the free to play games, however, after the last update the game no longer launches without an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. I don't know the reason for this as no official statement have been put out, but that's just how it's been.

The only way to fix the Goldflake error is by having an active Live Gold subscription.

Hi Jesse - thank you for your reply, I have in fact already been in communication on another forum about this and followed several potential fixes, including deleting saved data and cache. Resetting my router, attaching using an Ethernet cable, and deleting and reinstalling the game (3 times now). None of this worked. It’s been like this since pacific was released, so a while now.

The strange thing is, i loaded and played the game successfully through my friends profile, but my profile doesn’t work at all. I also tried to create a new profile, but this also doesn’t work. I can only play the game now through my friends profile, no other profile works.

The errors I see differ between

-Goldflake

-error code 4

-unable to access network

Any help would be great as this is driving me crazy

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

Hello thanks for the reply. I have checked all data packs and add ons and they are all downloaded and on the same hard-drive i even uninstalled and reinstalled as well still no luck but I will look at the links you posted and see if i can find any other methods. Thanks again
