Guten Tag, ich versuche mir auf diesem Wege Hilfe zu suchen da ich nicht weiß ob ich nun den Microsoft Support anschreiben soll/muss für dieses Problem, oder den Gajin support. Es geht darum das ich gerade eben zwei Käufe getätigt habe und diese in meinem
bestell verlauf auch beide als abgeschlossen da stehen, als wie auch beide Emails der Bestätigung von den Käufen, Geld ist auch abgebucht worden. Nun habe ich schon mehrfach das Spiel neugestartet, die Konsole neugestartet. Nun frage ich mich was da los ist,
ob es an Microsoft liegt, oder doch eher gajin. Ich bin da leider nicht sehr drinne in der Materie und kenne mich da an sich auch nicht aus.

Hatte vielleicht jemand das selbe Problem schonmal und hat eventuell einen Tipp oder sogar die Lösung für mich? Den Support kann ich ja erst morgen um 6 Uhr anschreiben, aber bei gajin hab ich rein gar nichts gefunden für ein Ticket für Konsolen Spieler..

So I removed and re-added the account, nothing happened, still didn't received my goodies.. And sadly it seems it's not refundable, I followed every step, and it can't be refunded. Is there any other option? If not, I spended a lot of money for nothing.
I hope there's a solution.

Edited: I didn't found any way to contact the game developer for the console..

assist with in-game issues.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue. The primary email/passwords would be the ones you originally created the account with, yes, unless you changed it at any point.

If you don't remember the password anymore though, I would suggest recovering it first following the steps outlined in the

Lost Password Solution because all DLC and content licensing would be inaccessible if you are in the wrong account or if you remove it and can't recover it.

It would probably be the best thing to wait as you suggested. In game currency is totally maintained and issued by the developer, so they would be the ones to refer to if it never shows up, but sometimes it could take awhile for your in game content to generate
while playing.

If you want a refund though, I would say to try and request one at the link @Leslie provided.

I try to reach to them out now, thank you very much for the link. I hope they can help me getting my stuff or maybe refund it so I can get my money back. Maybe it takes rly long this time, but I can't imagine that something that happens automatically should
take that long, I mean, the order is stated as "finished" and I have both transactions on my bank account. But thanks so much for the help I got till now, wish me luck, I will update it when I got anything new, or maybe some other got the same problem.

Hey, thanks for responding so fast, no I actually didn't tried to remove and re-add the account, I didn't even knew that there is something like this. Primary email and password? So the ones I used to create the account etc? When I changed the password once
and I don't know the password I used to create this account won't it work? I hope I got that right.

The pack I bought is even installed, only the gold I bought right after it can't be installed (obviously) so I might hope I get the stuff from the bundle, but idk if they add the gold. Would it be worth a try to wait a bit? Or do I have some sort of time
limit? I'am rly upset and I only want to refund as my last option (only if there is no time limitation of course)
