    All my tanks are fully researched and upgraded-- so why are they not all Elite?

    To "Elite" a tank, you have to have every package researched, and the next tank in line researched. If 2 tanks branch from your tank, you will have to research both of those tanks.

    Purchase of the packages/tanks are not needed.

    Im having the exact same issue. Its been a 3 day bummer of trying to find a solution. Just purchased the disc and downloaded it- cant play anything but War Zone. Need a pack, cant find the pack, and store not available.
