    I had reclaimed a $5 Visa Prepaid Card using my MyVIP Gems, I recived a email with an redeem code, but it's a 14 letter's code and the redeem page says that I have to use an 25 letter's code, how do I can reclaim my reward?, Thank you.

    Used my gems on reward yet to receive it.

    I used my gems to get a prepaid Visa card over two weeks ago yet I’m still yet to receive my reward thanks.

    Hi I've collected enough points and pulled $ 5. Can I know when the code will arrive?

    If you mean you redeemed gems for $5 you would receive the code within 2 days if it was for a prepaid Visa card. If it was for Xbox Rewards credits, the credits should show as pending on the rewards site about 96 hours after you redeemed them and would be
    deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month.

    If you mean you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points, it can take 24 hours to receive their codes. For further assistance with that program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    Right. There are 2 different $5 items you can redeem though. There's the $5 prepaid Visa card or the 5,000 rewards credits which is equal to $5.

    I'm not sure how long it been like it but gift cards are meant to apply credit automatic to the account the purchases it.
    This person is referring to a prepaid VISA card they redeemed through the Xbox Rewards program. Not the same thing you're referring to.
