Thanks heaps for getting back to me i really appreciate it. but no good im afraid i tried everything you said but no luck still comes up with a cod advertisment to buy the game to go any further . Its been almost 3 days since ive played it . $150 bucks down the drain .

I wonder if i borrow me mates hard copy reinstall hard copy take disc out then reinstall the digital version it may work dnt no . Dnt even no wat to say right now your the only person mohammed that has tried to help surely this hasnt just happened to me an no one else ?

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

Hey there i clicked the link and logged in then it took me to my games and it wants me to buy it again even though i already own the game? Im using the right email i migrated my account to. i have the receipt for the game if that helps you.

it's wanting me to purchase the game again even if I have the disc in the console. I have tried network transferring it will download but then say I do not own the game. when I go into a world it says that I can download it for free b/c I have the disc
but then when I click on it, it brings me to the store and telling me to buy it again

We may need to perform a powercycle on your console and then remove the disc, after that insert the disc again.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​
