Wanting to download my games from my banned account onto my Xbox One

Hello, my old account is permanently banned. I have a ton of games that I bought with that account that I can't download again since it wont let me on it. I would just like to be able to download my account onto my Xbox One S so I can download
the games again. I don't want to play online or anything, just want the games. I spent a ton of money on games in the past and its such a waste if I can't play them again.

Okay my account just got banned from xbox live and im going to make a new account once I decide on what my gamertag will be. How do I get my 20,000 MSP worth of download content / games onto my new account???

Question about sharing Destiny on two different 360s

I plan on buying Destiny and my friend is gonna download it from me. Apparently, if you wanna play Destiny on another console on your account, you have to be signed on at all times on the account that purchased it, where as if you wanna play it on the console that you purchased Destiny on, you can sign on any accounts no problem to play it.

Now this is just what I heard, but I'm confused because my friend managed to download other games from me that I had purchased and play it without any problems. She had to sign onto my account to download it, but once she was finished, she could hop back onto her account and play it with no problems.

Sorry, but once you're banned, you forfeit anything you had on the account. You would need to repurchase them on your current account.

Yea I managed to fix this ! In the end I went on my Microsoft account on my phone and it gave me the option too download the game onto my Xbox one. I clicked on this and it has now downloaded and installed onto my Xbox.

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and
made this account i got a console ban for using a new account before the console ban i had it and when my console ban was lifted i cant find most games i want to download :/

As already replied too, yes. But you will need to download them onto your new console once you set up the same account on the new one. I purchased an external hard drive before I got my new one. Moved my games onto that. Plugged it permanently into
my new xbox and play games directly from that.

My Xbox 360 device is not permanently banned, I can still access the internet and Xbox live with my second account on the console, so that’s not my issue. My issue is that I cannot add/download my old, very first Xbox live profile/account to my Xbox 360 because the ACCOUNT is permanently banned, not the console. And again, this is not a password issue. I still have full access to the associated Microsoft account and still use it very frequently, I just want to be able to download my profile and access my old game saves OFFLINE, but I can’t because it stops the profile from downloading because it’s banned
