    All movies in Cinemanow show "play unavailable"

    Same problem all my movies that I brought through cinema now work fine but the ones that have the UV under it say play unavailable your ultra violet account is not active log in to www.uv vu.com did that not much help

    I just had to format my comp and want to watch my movies and one of them is gone...

    A search lands me in this thread.

    I can buy a physical copy of the Blu Ray for 25 and it comes with ultra violet. Why would I ever buy another movie from microsoft?

    A refund should have been given to everyone who bought this.

    Go on to your laptop and get CinemaNow and register and then skip the credit card stuff and then link ultra violet and then download the app on your xbox and then sign in on your xbox and that should be you and you get all you ultraviolet movies on you xbox
    one.
