wanted help on my series x, don't know if this is normal?

I am on Xbox Series X. I don't know what pictures you want. My sim just crashes.

Hello Wikus, as I understand it, you have two consoles and the Xbox One does not turn on and you want to pass the data from the HD to your Series X.

If so, it's not advisable because you'll need to open Series X for that.

If both consoles are yours, just put your account on your Series X and download the games as normal.

Hi all thanks for help have tried blu Ray disc that works perfect. And thinking about it sometimes a normal dvd decides one day it wants to work and another it does not want to work not sure about that. I don't know how to tell if the game is a blu Ray or not I just know they are xbox one games compatability and one is even xbox one x series compatible to. And unfortunately I do not have another xbox to try. The other xbox in home is disc free.

I just wanted to let everyone know my problem was that I have a Xbox one x, not a series x and thus has a 2.0 hdmi output.

Thank you for your post. The Xbox Series X will allow for backward compatibility with Xbox One controllers, meaning an Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 will work as normal with the Series X.
