    Hi

    I have two Xbox accounts (PC). I can access both. One which I set up years ago, and one I set up more recently with a different/new email address. How can I transfer all my games/purchases etc to my old account as I want to use its gamertag, rather than
    the generated one on the newer account?

    That's not possible to transfer items from one account to the other!!!

    You can change the email of one account, but it's not what you want to do...

    Yeah. It's a bit of a pain. I'll just have to see about a refund for the items I've purchased, then I'll rebuy them on my original account.

    Hello

    Unfortunately you can't transfer purchases between accounts. However you can change the primary email associated with the account. Not sure if that's something that interests you but it's your only option at this point.

    I guess, but I can show that both accounts are mine. Both have same gamertag, apart from recent one have an annoying string of numbers after it, the emails associated with each account are very similar, and all I want is my old, original gamertag. If I
    could just have that transferred, then no games would be being transferred, as I'd be using the same Microsoft sign in/account.
