  1. Want to use Bluetooth Keyboard for XSS

I have a BT keyboard and I bought a Techkey Bluetooth 5.0 (BLE) dongle in hopes of using it on my Xbox Series S. It works on my computer but I still can't type on my Xbox. Are BT radios supported by Xbox Series S/X for typing input keyboards?

Bluetooth keyboard on Xbox Series X/S?

It won't work, as the bluetooth dongle will not work on the Series X|S as the console does not support the bluetooth adapter. If you want to use a keyboard on the console, then you will need a wired keyboard or a wireless keyboard that is not bluetooth.

No power to the USB on XBox One S to connect wireless keyboard?

If you still would want to use a keyboard on the console, you will need a USB wired keyboard
You can still use a wireless keyboard, just not a Bluetooth Keyboard.

Keyboards and mice that have their own wireless dongle (Logitech for example) should work just fine.

USB Bluetooth dongle support on Xbox One S?

The Xbox One and Xbox One S do not support Bluetooth in any way, and it does not contain any built-in drivers to interface with a Bluetooth dongle.

If you want to use an external keyboard, you can use:

    - The keyboard chat-accessory that attaches to the controller.

    - Your smartphone with the Xbox app (keyboard pops up when you are ready to enter text on Xbox).

    - Standard USB keyboard.

    - Wireless keyboard with its own included USB dongle (non-BT)

No power to the USB on XBox One S to connect wireless keyboard?

Hi,Steve! I'm Luis, a fellow Xbox Gamer . Thanks for reaching us out here.

This is becausethe console is not compatible with the bluetooth adapter. If you still would want to use a keyboard on the console, you will need a USB wired keyboard

No power to the USB on XBox One S to connect wireless keyboard?

thanks for responding. Thats my point, I have a keyboard and bluetooth adapter, but the adapter isnt powered when put in the Xbox, but fine on the PC.
That's because BT keyboards don't work. Not all wireless keyboards are Bluetooth.

Logitech wiress keyboards for example work on Xbox, they use their own direct wireless protocol, this isn't Bluetooth.

These keyboards are already paired to the receiver dongle. That's why they just work, BT ones don't.
