    This been going on for now about week now is your Xbox Live Agent is down or is it issue on my end? When try to excess the Xbox 360 Live an keeps booting me from talking to the agent.

    I've bought xbox live gold for a month, I've canceled it straight away due to thinking I did it wrong then when I realised I did it right it won't let me renew it so I don't have live not keeps giving an error thing saying I need to talk to my bank

    Please help

    error code 80004005 when downloading profile

    Had some problems with xbox live last week and your agent on the chat told me to delete and re-download my profile and no I cant re-download it and keeps saying error code 800004005 thanks to your agent not happy at all

    I recommend you go to this website https://support.xbox.com/?xr=footnav and select contact us and answer the questions and if it doesnt have the option to talk to a live agent select the talk to an xbox gamer and then tell then you want to speak with a
    live agent or higher support and then they should give you a link to talk to a live agent.

    Where I Stand: If someone else fronted the money for the gold subscribsion, would that register me as a secondary user to them?

    If that is the case, It won't let the person who fronted the money (who also has an Xbox live account) access the settings to change it. and now that we're are trying to get a Gold Family pack, it won't let him sign my account as one of the four. It won't
    let me change WLID the Gamertag associates with because it says it can't retrieve the information from Xbox live.
