    Friends Xbox 1 profile is online . Status is online yet it shows offline. How can we help him? What internet address can I give him for support?

    Go to your sign in section by pressing the xbox button on controller and go your profile pic and press it and in the profile go to Appear online section then choose Appear online and ready to go.

    I did the same steps, sign out of profile, & leave game. Online status is still showing Call OF Duty 2

    I'm appearing online, yet everyone sees me as offline; I see everyone as offline, when they are not; and more++!

    If you set your profile on "show online" and still appear as "offline" please also check your privacy settings as there is an item "allow others to see my online status" which may override your setting if it's configured to hide your status from all.
