want to renwe xbox live but can't do it

hello I have a problem in my xbox one s, the live is over and I try to renew it but when I try to renew it tells me, check the profile and that the option is blocked. someone can tell me what to do I'm desperate

Can't Download Minecraft!!!!!

ok so acouple days ago i had to renwe my xbox live and it was just messing up so i had to download my whole profile again to my xbox and when i went in my games... minecraft wasnt there... everytime i try downloading it again i cant. i cant find it any where,
i have enough space on my xbox, i have no idea what to do, PLEASE HELP!!

Cancel xbox live

I want to cancel my xbox live subscription, but i'm unable to do it, it says its already paid....But i can't even cancel the next bills !!!

I want a full refound of the next bill !!!! And cancel all this xbox live !!!

Hello, today Xbox live was having some service alert, the issue is already fixed, you can check again and try to renew your gold subscription, in case you still having the issue, let us know. Thank you

okay so it helped a little with the load time but still now dice. I'm going to try a a game that needs an update, can yu still get those if you havent renwed you live account?

this is happening to me as well... I dont have twitter and I dont want one. I can buy games at the gold price ON xbox.com but not my X1 which CLEARLY shows me as being renwed till 6/23/2017.

I still think it will be good and I thought it was the best from the first 2 or 3 games so I didn't expect a straight remake rather a renwed version of the best of the best.
