    I want to refund a bundle, but it came with Cod points and I bought another bundle with those. If i refund the bundle i originally bought will it cause any problems with revoking the item i bought with the cod point from the bundle?

    Yes, all items that were purchased using the COD points will also be revoked if you’ll refund the bundle where it was included. Single items from within a bundle cannot be returned.

    Microsoft didnt gave me a refund for xbox game because Ive reached the limit.

    I hope you understand the situation, XavexX.

    Refunds are exclusively for users who made the wrong purchase. Not for users who buy, play for a while and want to refund, you know?

    This can cause some confusion.

    Anyway, those are the terms, and the solutions I've submitted are the only ways to try to refund an item.
