Want to refund Ark Survival Evolved

Hello, Yesterday I bought Ark Survival Evolved through the Xbox One store.

But the game does not look like advertised. I've played for like 10 minutes or so but could already tell this game is a clunky mess.

So I want to refund it. So of course first I searched how to actually refund games. Found out the guys at Microsoft had made a special page (wizard) for it. But of course, like most things at Microsoft this does not work at all. Because when you're done
answering the first 5 questions you just get a 404.

So just let me get a refund from this crappy advertised game please.

Im from the EU (Netherlands) not US just in case that matters.

phoneline? Microsoft is good at hiding those

 

You would need to go to Contact Us | Xbox Support and you should be able to co tact them via chat or request a call back (click no thanks to the virtual assistant).
