Want to move xbox live account to new microsoft account

It is literally pulling teeth to try to get in touch with someone about this issue, so I filled out a general microsoft support request out of desperation (mod removed) that is probably going to be unhelpful because it's probably going to say to go to xbox support for this issue. I am going to post my situation here in the hopes that a support rep or someone employed by microsoft will see it and respond to me.

Here is my situation: when my xbox live account was first created, it was by my mother when I was a teenager over a decade ago, that account is zakky42. I got a PC and started using it roughly 4-5 years ago now. When I signed into my PC for the first time windows 10 was pretty insistent that I created or used a microsoft account. So, I made my own microsoft account for that not thinking or realizing that this would give me the headache that it currently is. That created a generic xbox live account for the features that windows 10 tries to connect to your microsoft account. That account is mangysiren93. How can I (or is it even possible?) to get rid of that mangysiren93 xbox account and replace it with my old xbox account (the zakky42 one). To head off the possible explanation that the xbox gamer chat support tried to give me, the zakky42 account still has an email associated with it, it is still considered active (even though I've let my xbox gold slip because of the fact that I reliquished my xbox in a divorce 2 years ago, but I'm probably going to get an xbox again in the future and plan to use this account). So, it isn't a problem of an old and deleted account that is purged from the records, I can even sign into that account, because I still have the information to log in to that account, and see some of the old recorded clips I had from Destiny 2, Gears of War, Battlefield 1, etc.

I've paid for microsoft word and windows 10 pro with my current microsoft account in addition to the access to my computer being limited to this microsoft account, so walking away from that account isn't an option. So I'm trying to centralize everything with my current microsoft account, which includes my old xbox account. For the life of me I cannot find a way to do this. It isn't a simple matter of adding my actual email to my zakky42 account and dropping the old email because when I attempt to do that it says that that email is in use by another account. On top of that, they will still be separate from each other. Can someone please help me with this?

I know that this may be an uncommon case, so the generic automated support that I can access with the xbox support is simply not helpful. In fact, it is a hinderance to the point of rage (because it won't allow me to place a call, and the xbox gamer support is on the same level as the automated virtual assistant because it's one step above an automated chat bot), why is there no support email that I could send this request to and create a support ticket?
