Want to get atransfer game saves

My son wants his own xbox one can you transfer one gamer.'s saves to a new console whilst leaving others intact?

Certains game saves wont get transferred or copied into the cloud storage... any help?

I was trying to copy all of my saves into the cloud because im going to get a new hd. Some of my older games like cod 2 and tonyhawk saves wont get copied or transferred. I get a message saying it cant be done. I really don't want to get rid of these saves.
Anyone know whats up? Ive been able to put other games fine.

If the console he's using now is connected to Live and he has his own profile all he has to do is connect the new console to Live and sign in with his profile. All Xbox One game saves automatically sync to Microsoft's cloud so it will automatically download
them to whatever console your playing on.

Any time you use another Xbox One system connected to live as soon as you sign you have access to any digital content you own plus the game saves will sync so whatever progress you make will carry over to any other Xbox One.

Most of the saves would be on different folders on your PC, some would be under documents too, sometimes but not always the game will give you an option to keep your saves when uninstalling.

If for example you're playing a game on xbox, and want to carry on your save on PC, only specific games have cross saving on, so you won't always be able to play your previous saves on a new platform.

As for saves on Xbox, all game saves are to the cloud incase you get a new console and want to carry on playing where you left off.
