    It's not like you don't make it hard enough already, Microbox, but enough trying to deny my cancellation by constantly telling me there's an error and I have to try again later. You TEXTED ME the security code just FINE, I've signed in MORE THAN ENOUGH
    TIMES SUCCESSFULLY, so NOW CANCEL THE DAMNED ACCOUNT. JEEBUS, this is EXACTLY WHY I don't want your lousy service!!! The same as all other companies!! Junk, BS and tricks, with MP games NO ONE PLAYS. Or if they do, like Monopoly, they turn off if losing,
    so no one ever wins. And there's no punishment, but who cares? It all sucks so stop *** with me and cancel the damned thing! You sure TOOK MY MONEY fast enough!!

    If cannot cancel through the website, you can call or chat with them. The number (US and Canada) 1-800-469-9269 or reach them here
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us. Since this is a billing issue support will need to handle it. The support on these forums cannot.

    Sorry for the problems.

    Error message when trying to cancel subscription

    I tried downloading chrome and doing it on there, that didn't work. I also tried to do it on my phone and that didn't work either. Just whenever I press the manage button itself, the error message shows.

    Please try using a different web browser to cancel your subscription at this link, https://account.microsoft.com/services/.

    If that doesn't work, try to use a different device to open the subscription page then cancel the subscription.

    You can also manage the subscription using the Xbox app. Log in to your account to the app then go to Settings > Account. Click the manage button at the right side of the subscription.

    Thanks for trying those steps. We did receive multiple reports from other players about this issue with managing subscriptions. I will need to refer you to the support team so that you can also report the issue to them and they can also manage your subscription on their end.
