Want to Cancel Subscription

I bought my son the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. I canceled the subscription before the expiration day and I was not given a confirmation number for cancellation, but they have tried to collect
from my bank account every day, so the bank took these attempted charges as suspicious activity and canceled my credit card. But every day they keep trying to charge me. In the history of my account it doesn't appear that I purchased or canceled the game pass,
which is why I do not know what to do. My bank keeps asking me that I need a cancellation number but I don't have it. The card we used I canceled, which is why the payment
isn't going through, and I don't want to renew it either. Is
there anything
y'all can do?

Did you cancel, or just turn off automatic billing? When you look on account.microsoft.com under subscriptions does it still show up? There are separate options for cancelling, which kicks in right away, and turning off recurring billing, which lets you
use the remainder of your subscription but doesn’t bill you again. If you need a cancellation number I’m not positive that such a thing exists for Microsoft subscriptions, but if they do, I’d go to support.microsoft.com and use the live chat option, just type
in “speak to an agent” and you’ll be connected to someone who may be able to help. Also, for future reference I’d check out the below link. Hope this helps, cheers!

If you want to cancel your Xbox subscription, follow these steps.

To cancel your Xbox subscription from your credit (or debit) card for a game, you must first access the subscriptions page of your Microsoft account. Steps:

1. Access your Microsoft account:

Go to the Microsoft website and log in with your account credentials, as described on the Microsoft subscriptions page.

2. Locate your subscriptions:

Look for the "Services and subscriptions" or "Subscriptions" section in your account profile.

3. Manage your Xbox subscription:

Find the Xbox subscription you want to cancel and select the "Manage" option.

4. Cancel your subscription:

Cancelling means you want the subscription to end immediately. So by cancelling, you ended your subscription.

In the future, what you would want to do is turn off auto-renewal. That will keep your subscription from automatically renewing, but won't cancel your remaining subscription.

But I dont want to cancel the ultimate subscription I want to cancel the core. And get the refund for that
