Want to buy an xbox one S but can't

Hey guys, I didn't find the answer to this on the net so I am asking you. I am new to this stuff so maybe I am just being stupid.

I want to buy myself an Xbox one S, but I can't seem to find how to deliver it to my address. I decided to buy it from the GB Microsoft store, I was able to enter my details like my shipping address and even managed to add my PayPal, but then it asked for
my billing address which I was gonna add, but then scrolled down and saw I was unable to change my country from the UK to Latvia. So I decided to come to you guys for help. From where can I buy an Xbox one S that delivers to my home in Latvia?

Xbox one S power supply (built in) power voltage?

I did some research, and I can't seem to find the answers anywhere. Basically I want to buy the xbox S but I will be out of the country for a long time afterwards. (China) is the Xbox one S power supply 100-220? will I need to buy a power converter?

 

Since Latvia is not a supported region for Live, you'll have to check with any local retailers to see if you can buy them from there.

 

Sorry to hear that... but the suggestion is the same... find a retailer and buy there your brand new console
