    we do not have any record of your September 19th interaction with their team. Also, all Microsoft CS representatives are under directions to send all Xbox Live Rewards issues to this forum, since this is the only place to receive Customer Support for
    the program. Since our teams are separate, their team would have no way to see that "everything was checked and my account was ok to enter it". you do have this

    Regarding being forwarded to the developer and not this forum, it sounds like you may not have included information detailing that this was a Xbox Live Rewards offer, so they may have thought you were asking about a promotion being run by the game's
    developer.


    this is a proof and was sent at the beggining of the contacts with them i think its clear its a rewards promotion but anyway i told them that.

    Your claim that other countries were not able to see this offer is also not true. If a user has changed their browsing locale, they will see offers from that browsing region, and not tailored to their Rewards region.
    i will not say this 100% but no one that wasnt able to enter the giveaway was able to get to that menu were i got the error.




    Again, we do not see any indication you entered the sweepstakes, as we do not see any participation information on your account, and do not even have a record of you registering into the sweepstakes. if i had a problem that i tried to solve during
    all the month obviouly i could have ever registered or we wouldnt even be here but im sure you have the one from january.



    Therefore, since we do not have any evidence of you registering and participating, you were not a part of the Forza sweepstakes from last October. Since the first time you contacted us for assistance was months after the offer had ended, it was not possible
    to enter you or diagnose your entry into the sweepstakes. the problem is complex but i will try to explain. hope you know how to count because i contacted you one day after the sweepstakes ended because i never got the awser

    Also, since this offer was a sweepstakes, there was no guarantee of a prize from this offer, so it would not be possible to adjust you for this offer, especially since there was never any indication that you entered or participated. Furthermore, since your
    first time of contact was months after the offer had ended, all the prizes from that offer have already been assigned, so even if we did manually enter you into the sweepstakes at this time, you would have no prizes to win. well we are done with that
    months after thing right lets go to all the other things , you are true i could have won something or not like last january i could have won or not but there is a difference between things that is the fact that as a costumer and user of your thing i have rights
    and one of them is to be able to enter your things if not why would i be here right ?


    i registered and you had 2 sweepstakes since then , forza wich i wasnt able to enter because of that bug that i tried to correct and the playathon that i was able to register but since microsoft did the favor to block the live from the beggining
    to almost the end of the said promotion just because i contacted them and asked awsers about all of this and that made me not win anything either so basically i had 2 sweepstakes to enter and was prejudicated in both of them.


    the second problem microsoft solved it while the promotion was on because they saw the live block wasnt fair still i lost it almost all the days , the first one i missed because unlike you say they have to do they never sent me to you on the contrary
    they sent me to a lot of places even with screens of the error , links of the sweepstakes etc... this just got worse when 2 of them decided to tell and confirm me that the case was sent to you that i just needed to wait for your awser. so you come here and
    say i didnt register or contacted you and i explained you the reasons for that , the xbox support assumes wrong things done but says that i have to contact you to be compensated for what happened because they cant do it and in the middle of this you both
    say you dont contact with each other so no matter how you afect or take your costumers rights no one does anything because that is not their problem right ?



    what kind of company is xbox when its departments cant even talk together and reach agreements ?

    sir i dont come here to say lies or to play around , i come here with proofs and facts , i was insulted , i had people refusing to give me info in my cases , i got people lying im my face for months and this reached a point were im sorry doesnt work
    anymore.


    you guys do whatever you want but the right you took from me i want it , do it the way you want but this situation will not end without xbox payment for trying to make a clown out of me

    well i dont know if i need any glasses but you came up with some nice things more than once but at the momment me contacting from portugal and i would like you to tell me were is written i cant travel during the sweepstakes period or after ? because i cant

    the reason for me not registering or contacting you still your focus isnt on helping a member or even try to solve a problem instead your focus is on trying to find false things in order to tell your meber why you cant do anything about this.

    look , i get i didnt register , i get i didnt contact but lets be clear here and i think a lot of members did the same as i did and that is try to solve a problem they fought was with the account i dint do anything wrong by go and ask the support team what
    was going on the wrong thing was after showing links , images , the problem they kept giving me wrong informations till now everytime i got to them and explain the problem with the rewards and tell them they need to solve this they send me to other places
    its me who have to tell them i have to contact you not anyone else and when i say this i mean managers included so the problem is that they have the info to send everyone here but they dont do it sometimes and you cant blame your members for that neither for
    behing insulted for no reason at all.

    i would really apreciate that instead focusing in how we dont do anything about this you focus on trying to find a solution for it because im here , im a member and like i said i was prejudicated twice
