    what the hell i have been saying here ?

    from what i recall i was in the states when that sweepstakes were on , from what i know too i have a legal residence there so you want what ?

    you want me to write you a letter and say "hey im sorry that my mother died and i had to travel to Portugal to solve some problems with papers because of that " , i own my life i dont have to tell you or explain you anything as long as i play by your rules
    and your rules are every clear.

    In order to enter it i need to have 18 or more and have a legal residence in one of the 50 states , the question is do i have that ? yes indeed i do and that is why i entered you last sweepstakes but one more time you didnt saw that do you ?

    you are worried that i win a prize and you cant send it ? dont worry my house still there i didnt took it with me i just came here to solve problems , you know what is that dont you ?

    you keep coming here and say crap because you actually cant say other thing , you know why i didnt register or contacted you , you have the proofs unless you didnt want to see them either.

    you have the information that you need to solve this , you know that any info needed to solve this you just need to ask it and i will get it from the support team but again you dont do anything you keep pointing to a fact that at moment im in portugal.

    i could be in china that you have nothing to do with me or my life the only thing you need to do is your job and your job is to solve problems not say crap.

    im sick and tired of this whole thing and one thing i garantee you , someone will awser for this

    ok so lets be very clear and go with facts so you guys actually do your job as you should.

    is a fact that on 19 september i contacted the xbox support because of a problem with my account that prevented me from registering the sweepstakes and is a fact either that on that day everything was checked and my account was ok to enter it.

    because it was the place to solve this , is a fact they told me to contact them either by the twitter and it is even more a fact that it was clearly told that the case was sent to you and to the rangers that i just needed
    to wait your awser.

    lets think here about something for a minute , you come here and say in your faqs says for me to post here right ? so i should know about that even when the problem looked like a account problem considering that every email used got the error message saying
    it was already used but the xbox team didnt had to know that their first job was to send me here and at least no lie .

    is it a fact or not that people from other countries or people that wasnt available to enter wasnt able to even see the sweepstakes ? from what i know yes it was a fact.

    is it a fact that i entered the play a thon sweepstakes you had last february or not ? and that means what ?

    from what i remember from your faq that you talk so much about i remember the rules and im sorry if i forgot something but from what i know for a fact it was there very clearly that in order to enter it i should be a legal resident of the united states in
    one of the 50 states and that i needed to have 18 years or more i dont remember watching anything saying i couldnt travel or i had to be all on the long in the states actually it would be fun to know how many of the people that entered the sweepstakes traveled
    to another country during that time and still got prizes.

    i dont come here and talk **** , i come here explain things and go with facts and proofs unlike you that say always the same based on what matters to you and what is best for you but you know or at least should know that the more important thing between
    a brand and the costumers is the respect and i dont think you get anyones respect when you know a problem happened to one of your costumers that wasnt his fault but you prefer to act like a rat and ignore everything closing your eyes to the facts and maybe
    because of this actitude you are getting terminated this month.

    it is a shame that you know everything i said is a fact and correct still you act like if nothing needs to happen , you just come here and say im sorry but i dont need that or excuses i need and want solution because the disrespect i got will be paid wither

    The online support and Xbox Live Rewards support are two separate teams. Therefore, we do not have any record of your September 19th interaction with their team. Also, all Microsoft CS representatives are under directions to send all Xbox Live Rewards issues
    to this forum, since this is the only place to receive Customer Support for the program. Since our teams are separate, their team would have no way to see that "everything was checked and my account was ok to enter it".

    Since we are not in contact with that support team, there was no escalation provided to us. Unfortunately, we do not know who the rangers are, so we cannot comment on that piece of information. Regarding being forwarded to the developer and not this forum,
    it sounds like you may not have included information detailing that this was a Xbox Live Rewards offer, so they may have thought you were asking about a promotion being run by the game's developer.

    Regarding getting an error message for your emails, unfortunately, since that offer is no longer live, we cannot diagnose that issue. Again, as mentioned in your previous posts on this issue, since you did not open a post with us during the promotional period,
    we were unable to assist you in any way, since you never contacted us.

    Your claim that other countries were not able to see this offer is also not true. If a user has changed their browsing locale, they will see offers from that browsing region, and not tailored to their Rewards region.

    Again, we do not see any indication you entered the sweepstakes, as we do not see any participation information on your account, and do not even have a record of you registering into the sweepstakes.

    We reference the FAQ since the specific FAQ for that offer states to contact this forum for any issues, as does the General FAQ, which we mentioned in your previous posts. For example, from the general FAQ:

    well i dont know if i need any glasses but you came up with some nice things more than once but at the momment me contacting from portugal and i would like you to tell me were is written i cant travel during the sweepstakes period or after ? because i cant
    see anything , so lets be clear about this situation you guys are there to help and solve your members problems and you have the proofs of my contact with a lot of places , you have the proofs that the support team told me to wait for your awser and that was
    the reason for me not registering or contacting you still your focus isnt on helping a member or even try to solve a problem instead your focus is on trying to find false things in order to tell your meber why you cant do anything about this.

    was going on the wrong thing was after showing links , images , the problem they kept giving me wrong informations till now everytime i got to them and explain the problem with the rewards and tell them they need to solve this they send me to other places
    its me who have to tell them i have to contact you not anyone else and when i say this i mean managers included so the problem is that they have the info to send everyone here but they dont do it sometimes and you cant blame your members for that neither for
    behing insulted for no reason at all.

    i would really apreciate that instead focusing in how we dont do anything about this you focus on trying to find a solution for it because im here , im a member and like i said i was prejudicated twice
