with all due respect i dont come here to explain my life , im not on brazil im in portugal and almost everyone on the xbox team already knows why im here still you arent paid to search where im but to solve problems and from what i know the problem was in
september were im now or what i do is something you have nothing to do with it .

second as a costumer my job is to try to do my missions and win things i dont know if you did your job right and saw back in january \february that i entered your playathon sweepstakes so yes i have everything needed to enter and one more time your job is
to solve this problem not searching excuses not to do it.

im sick and tired of proven everything , im sick and tired of watching either support joking with me so im going to tell you this again.

my case was sent to higher management and was wrotte on my account that you are the ones that need to solve the problem if one more time that is a lie talk with the support because this was told me there and i was told too that they would give you all the
documentation needed in order for you to solve this so just do your job right because i did everything i had to do

i will not acept one more disrespect or excuse towards y son problem , i dont care or want to care about who needs to solve this i want a solution before i have to act agaist this situation.

my son haves a legal residence in america and haves more than 18 years i would like you to show were do you have written that your members cant travel or were do you have that your members need to stay all the time there in order to be able to do anything.

just one , when it comes to buy things who gets the extra money ? isnt the usa ? or it just matters when is he paying or me ? when it comes to you doing your jobs it doesnt matter were he pays his things ?

just do your damm job or get out of your sits and let someone who actually wants to work do it because clearly you dont want to solve anything , you want to get money from your costumers when it comes to give it that is a problem.

do yourself a favor and do your job like you have to do , you know very well why my son missed it and what happened , you have the proofs and you know very well too that he is able to enter any sweepstakes as long as he wants and that is why as he said he
entered one at the beggining of the year but of course it takes a lot of time for you to realize that or maybe you just dont want to do it , you just need to wait one more month and you dont have to solve anymore this problem

As mentioned in your previous posts, since you never registered into this sweepstakes or contacted us for assistance until well after the offer had ended, there is nothing we can do to adjust your account. However, you mention that
you are in Portugal. Not only is Portugal not a Rewards eligible region, we see that your account is currently registered as a US Rewards member. Therefore, you likely were not allowed to register due to inputting Portuguese information
into the sweepstakes registration form.
