want this problem solved

ok i dont want to be here and lose a lot more time than i already lost with this thing im sick and tired of imcompetence.

so the thing is very easy , last summer i tried to enter a forza 7 swepstakes at least i had the right to do it but this all ended in some kind of nightmare .

everything was ok but when i tried to register with email , adress ... i got one error saying my email was already behing used to log in then i tried another one and another one with the exact same error message.

in my head that was one problem with the account so i went to the xbox support were i was told to contact forza team and ask them help , wich i did but without any help from them .

i got back to the support and they told me "ok we will open here a case and send this to the rewards team and to the rangers too you just need to wait for the awser you will get by email " the awser never came so i went to search for that awser and only
one day before the giveaway was over i was sent here to solve it and i told them that i need everything to be reported because as soon as i came here your information was that you never got anything or was even contacted by them about me .

i go to the support team and demand a compensation for what they did and a lot of more things that has been happening and they send me right back here saying you are the only ones that can compensate me for what happened because they cant , i come here and
you say since i never registered in that giveaway i cant be compensated by you so who the hell will solve this ?

you have the reasons why i didnt register , that was a right i had as a costumer i just did what i was asked to do so someone needs to assume what happened isnt me who haves to be prejudicated in all of this when i had no fault in it .

so i want to be compensated for everything and im tired of this im not a damm ball to be sent from one side to another

ok so lets be very clear and go with facts so you guys actually do your job as you should.

is a fact that on 19 september i contacted the xbox support because of a problem with my account that prevented me from registering the sweepstakes and is a fact either that on that day everything was checked and my account was ok to enter it.

is a fact either that i was sent by the xbox team to the
https://forums.forzamotorsport.net because it was the place to solve this , is a fact they told me to contact them either by the twitter and it is even more a fact that it was clearly told that the case was sent to you and to the rangers that i just needed
to wait your awser.

lets think here about something for a minute , you come here and say in your faqs says for me to post here right ? so i should know about that even when the problem looked like a account problem considering that every email used got the error message saying
it was already used but the xbox team didnt had to know that their first job was to send me here and at least no lie .

is it a fact or not that people from other countries or people that wasnt available to enter wasnt able to even see the sweepstakes ? from what i know yes it was a fact.

is it a fact that i entered the play a thon sweepstakes you had last february or not ? and that means what ?

from what i remember from your faq that you talk so much about i remember the rules and im sorry if i forgot something but from what i know for a fact it was there very clearly that in order to enter it i should be a legal resident of the united states in
one of the 50 states and that i needed to have 18 years or more i dont remember watching anything saying i couldnt travel or i had to be all on the long in the states actually it would be fun to know how many of the people that entered the sweepstakes traveled
to another country during that time and still got prizes.

i dont come here and talk **** , i come here explain things and go with facts and proofs unlike you that say always the same based on what matters to you and what is best for you but you know or at least should know that the more important thing between
a brand and the costumers is the respect and i dont think you get anyones respect when you know a problem happened to one of your costumers that wasnt his fault but you prefer to act like a rat and ignore everything closing your eyes to the facts and maybe
because of this actitude you are getting terminated this month.

it is a shame that you know everything i said is a fact and correct still you act like if nothing needs to happen , you just come here and say im sorry but i dont need that or excuses i need and want solution because the disrespect i got will be paid wither

support team said you have acess to all the info and there it was told you have to solve the problem , they said too that if you need any info they can give in order to solve this to ask and they will give so this gets solved quick
