    Sorry to hear you're having problems with your 360. Which kind of 360 do you have, and when is it freezing? Are you trying to play a game, or is it locking up on the dashboard? You may want to have a look at the troubleshooting tips here:

    Your console isn't banned, if it was banned you wouldn't be allowed to get on XBOX Live to begin with or sign in at all. If your having some sort of issue with freezing try the solutions located

    here    . The last step in the screen freeze solution guide is to send the console in for repair so please do so by following the directions on the page once you've completed the other steps.
