Discus and support want the new jigsaw puzzles but only offered one. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have offered a few new jigsaw puzzles but have been able to get only one.     I have offered a few new jigsaw puzzles but have been able to get only one. What would I be doing wrong?

    I bought 2 new puzzles earlier and I do not have them. They said they downloaded. I want the puzze

    I bought 2 new jigsaw puzzles earlier that was offered. They said they downloaded; but I don't have them. I want the puzzles or my points back...I love working these puzzles, so don't screw me. Thanks, kbt

    How can I get new collections of puzzles for Jigsaw Jam?

    The Jigsaw Jam is very challenging for me, but alas, I have done the whole collection of puzzles that is offered in the Jigsaw Jam. I was hoping it would offer new puzzles each month that I can continue to purchase with coins, but they are the same puzzles.
    I have been trying to find out how to get new collections for quite awhile. Can you help?

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    When are you going to put more puzzles in Microsoft Jigsaw?

    You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

    There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

    Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.
