Want my son's account back

I want to know exactly why my son's account is being suspended. Tell me the date of the incident because recently my son's account was hacked into. When the hacker took control of the account there was a period of time that my son could not get onto xbox
live. We have a case number that was given to us by microsoft . The id and password had to be rest and the hacker racked up a very large bill on our account that microsoft had to reimburst us for. Why is my son being punished because of someone elses actions.
I have written many of these posts and no one has helped us. Know I am recieving and emal saying that the gold membership is canceled. This is wrong my son has been a member for many years and has a lot on his profile account that he does not want to lose.
Can someone please get back to me.

How do I change my child's account back to "Child" from "Adult"?

Hi

My son has an Xbox account, and to start with it was a child account as he is 8. Recently he was playing one of the Forza games, as was his dad, and his dad tried to "gift" him a car. My son was not able to accept it, even though he is "friends" with his
dad's gamertag. To get around it, his dad switched my son's account to "Adult" (he has the parental over-ride on my son's account) in order to let him accept the gift car. Now I can't figure out how to change my son's account back to "child", as obviously
I want all the safety features associated with a child account back. How can I do this?

Same issue with a Surface RT. I want to use my son's account so his videos are associated with his account. This way I don't have to log into my account just he can watch a video and then log back into his account to play games. I can buy apps with my
son's account. It asks for the parent's password and we're all set. Videos are a big pain. I changed the settings on his account with no effect.
